Analysis says the service is unavailable

Chord analysis runs on our server and needs an internet connection. Wait a minute and try again. The iOS app's offline practice features keep working in the meantime.

What files can I analyze?

The current hosted service accepts up to 3 minutes of audio per analysis and 95 MiB (about 100 MB) per upload. The app shows the limits reported by the service. Start and end times select which part to analyze; they do not trim the uploaded file. If a file is too large, trim or compress it before choosing it.

How long are my uploads kept?

The retention period is 24 hours from job creation. Finished or cancelled jobs are deleted in the next automatic cleanup; queued or running jobs are kept until they finish or are cancelled. Saved local copies are separate. See the Privacy Policy: www.fretflow.io/privacy.

The chords look wrong

Results are drafts. Listen to verify against the original, and edit the progression before you practice.

Which score files can I import?

MusicXML (.musicxml, .xml, .mxl), Guitar Pro (.gp, .gpx, .gp3, .gp4, .gp5) and ChordPro (.cho, .pro, .chordpro, .txt).

分析提示服务暂时不可用

和弦分析在我们的服务器上运行，需要联网。稍等一分钟再试，iOS App 的离线练习功能不受影响。

能分析什么文件？

当前线上服务每次分析最长 3 分钟的音频，每次上传最大 95 MiB（约 100 MB）。App 会显示服务返回的限制。起止时间只选择分析范围，不会裁剪上传的文件；文件太大时，请先裁剪或压缩再选择。

上传的文件保留多久？

从任务创建起保留 24 小时。已完成或取消的过期任务会在下一次自动清理时删除；排队或运行中的任务保留至完成或取消。保存到本地的副本另行管理。详见隐私政策：www.fretflow.io/privacy。

识别出的和弦不准

结果是草稿。先对照原声边听边核对，练习前可以编辑和弦进行。

能导入哪些曲谱？

MusicXML（.musicxml、.xml、.mxl）、Guitar Pro（.gp、.gpx、.gp3、.gp4、.gp5）和 ChordPro（.cho、.pro、.chordpro、.txt）。
